Seriously. Don’t wait. Every day that goes by, that old shoebox full of old negatives or slides sits at the bottom of your closet collecting dust and detioriating. I am absolutely clueless as to how to do my own photo restorations beyond fixing red eye or adjusting tint and brightness using Photoshop Elements Quick Fix features, so this is a really great service for people like me. Plus, as usual, they manage to do the restorations for very reasonable prices. After you upload a high resolution jpeg or tiff file plus any special instructions, they get back to you with an estimate within 2 days. They’ve typically provided my estimate in less than a day.
